When is my reservation confirmed?
All reservations will only be confirmed after the return of an email from us.
What are our terms of sale and cancellation?
Exclusive rental of the Riad:
50% on non-refundable, non-modifiable booking, 50% 1 month before arrival.
Bedrooms :
Deposit: 30% upon reservation (non-refundable, non-modifiable).
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the reservation
No Show: 100% of the reservation
The cancellation of a reservation must be made by email only and confirmed by return.
Can I rent the Riad exclusively?
Riad Laila exclusively: up to 19 people, 850m2
With friends or family, the Laila riad is there to welcome you and help you organize your stay.
What are the payment options at the Riad?

- Cash (dirhams).
- By credit card Visa, Mastercard and American Express
What time should I check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 2 p.m.
Check-out is at 11 a.m. Any request for late departure must be addressed to reception and cannot be guaranteed before the day of departure.
Please note that additional charges may apply for late departures, in accordance with hotel policy.
WHAT IS THE TOURIST TAX IN MOROCCO?
The additional tourist tax is € 2.50 / per day / per person. Free for children under 3 years old.
What languages are spoken in the Riad?
Our staff speak English, French and Arabic.
Can I have an additional person in the room?
The extra bed is only possible in certain rooms with a supplement of 30 € / night depending on availability.
