Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Each unit can be individually adjusted according to your comfort and the season. 

If needed, you can ask our staff to add a fan in your room.

 

AIRPORT PRIVATE TRANSFER 

To facilitate your transfer, do not hesitate to let us know the details of your flight, we will indicate you the most appropriate departure time.

Airport / train station transfer (service added on your final bill) :
1 to 3 people : 18€ per ride, 20 euros for 4 people and then an extra 5€ / person
Please book your transfert the day before departure.

We will be pleased to print your travel documents if requested by your airplane company.

Please note that due to strict local regulations, the riad does not serve alcohol.

 

AMENITIES

Complimentary toiletry amenities are provided as part of the Riad Laila experience such as the bottle of water upon your arrival. Also we would recommend you not to drink the tap water.

 

CAR RENTAL 

There are several companies close to the riad (Jacaranda cars or Toyama cars). Our guest relation service will be delighted to help you with a reservation.

EXCHANGE FACILITY

For all your foreign currency operations, the nearest exchange desk is located at 5 min walk from the Riad. The office is just in front of the garden at the beginning of street EL GZA.

 

EXTRA BED / BABY CRIB 

Depending on availabilities, we can accommodate an extra bed for 20 euros per night or a baby crib in your room if required (free).

FOOD AND BEVERAGES 

Breakfast served every morning from 8.00am to 10.30am. For earlier breakfast, please advice our team the day before.

Our Chef goes every morning to the market for fresh products, therefore please order lunch or dinner in advance, at the latest during breakfast time.

All food allergies or special diets have to be notified upon arrival.

 

HOUSEKEEPING 

Daily Housekeeping is kindly offered to our guests from 8am until 2pm. Please let us if you don’t wish to benefit from service.

 

KEYS

Should you misplace the keys, please contact the reception. You are kindly requested to return your keys at the reception upon your departure.

 

LAUNDRY SERVICE 

Please contact our team in order to take care of your laundry.

Basic Wash, Dry & Fold for 5kg is 150 MAD.

An iron is available upon demand.

 

LINEN

In case of any linen deterioration, the cost will be charged for replacement. We thank you for your understanding.

 

LOST AND FOUND 

Found items are kept in our lost & found according to legal requirements. Shipping to you is at your own cost. 

 

LUGGAGE SERVICE 

Storage room available for free around the clock.

 

NON-SMOKING ROOM 

Please note that all rooms are a non-smoking. It is strictly prohibited to smoke in rooms.

 

PASSEPORT AND PERSONNAL EFFECTS

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, we kindly recommend. leaving you passports and personal belongings in the riad. Ideally, in your luggage.

MasterCard, Visa, Revolut and American Express accepted.

Other ways of payment: cash in euros or dirhams (MAD).

POOL 

The use of a swimming pool is authorized subject to compliance with the rules of safety, hygiene, common sense and respect for everyone’s peace and quietness.
Our team guarantees this respect and may refuse your access.

Pool towels are provided in the patio.

 

RECEPTION 

We offer 24 hours reception to our guests. In case of late arrival, we would be pleased to meet you the day after during breakfast time for a welcome presentation. 

 

TAXI

Our guest relation service will be happy to assist you if you need a taxi.

If you take a taxi to come back to the riad, please ask the driver for a drop off at the little gate next to Bab Yacout. The gate is called Bab Ben Brahim.

 

TIPS

Marrakech a safe place but for your peace of mind, we recommend that once you leave the riad, you keep your phone in your bags not in your pocket, close your bag securely and avoid following strangers who offers unsolicited help. No, there are no closed streets! No, he is not the husband of our chef! No, there is no special berber fair today!
